The Uchibana Community Activity Center is a multi-purpose accommodation and exchange facility located in the Uchibana district in the western part of Izena Island. Surrounded by the rich nature of the island, camps, training sessions, and educational activities can be held in a tranquil environment. The facility is equipped with spacious Japanese-style rooms, cooking facilities, and a social space. Many schools and other organizations have come to love the facility as a place where they can spend a heartwarming "time of contact" with each other while experiencing island life.
This facility is available on a temporary basis when the village accommodations are full due to events or consecutive holidays.

What type of group do you recommend?
It is especially recommended for groups of 10 or more people, such as school camps, training for community groups, and educational activities for cultural circles.
Can I cook for myself?
Yes, the kitchen is equipped with a cooking room where you can bring in your own ingredients for cooking. Cooking experience using local ingredients is also recommended.
Can I use it in conjunction with other facilities on the island?
It is possible. We can also arrange for you to stay in combination with other accommodations and exchange facilities on the island, as well as with our experience programs.
Is the museum barrier-free?
Barrier-free access is limited due to some steps. Please check in advance if necessary.
Are there any tourist attractions nearby?
The area around the Uchihana district is rich in nature, with beaches and walking trails, and is ideal for relaxing in a quiet environment.
Is it available for personal use?
Normally, the hotel is designed for use by student groups, but individual use may be possible at certain times of the year, such as when there are events on the island and the facilities of the inn business are fully booked. Please consult with us in advance.
