Please note that the detailed location of the inn is only available to those who have made reservations. We do this to protect the quiet environment and to provide a pleasant time for our guests. Please spend your own special time in the small village of Izena Island.
Experience Program Contents
Kuba craft experience
Visitors can experience crafts using natural materials, such as making small baskets from kuba leaves and string made from shell gingko. Visitors can feel the joy of craftsmanship while experiencing island handicrafts.
This activity allows you to enjoy the island-like atmosphere even on rainy days.
Island Tour Experience
Tour the island's famous historic sites and spectacular scenery. The "village-approved" guide will take you to the beautiful nature of Izena Village and its charming spots such as the original landscape-like villages.
Local Products for Local Consumption Dining Experience
Time to experience the taste of home using seasonal island ingredients.
You will also serve and clean up together, and enjoy the dining experience in Izena with your host.
Other
Visitors can experience harvesting the fragrant lemon grass from the island, glass boat tours, offshore fishing, and guided tours on the theme of awamori (a type of rice wine).
*First-time guests are required to participate in the experience program. (There is an additional fee.)
