The 3rd Izena Island Mecha Koryukai event is now accepting participants.
First of all, this event is organized by the Izena Island Tourism Association with the support of Izena Village as a project to promote exchange on Izena Island.
The event is held in various ways to interact with the "people" of Izena Island.
The first meeting in 2023 was held under the theme of "Exchange through quiz and marine experience" and the second meeting in 2024 was held under the theme of "Exchange through workplace tour".
The theme of the third edition of 2025 is "Experiencing the Tourism Model Course and Drinking with the People of Izena Island"!
Event Details
2025 Theme "Tourist Model Course Experience and Drinks with People of Izena Island
■ Objective: To deepen exchanges with the people of Izena Island and to promote Izena Island.
Date: October 4 (Sat.) - 5 (Sun.), 2025 (2 days and 1 night)
Lodging: Guest houses on Izena Island
■Experience: Island Sightseeing Spot Model Course Experience/Sunset Cruise w/Marine Activities
■Drinking: Izakaya on the island
■Participation fee: Free (maximum of 10 people invited)
Conditions for participation: Any man or woman in Japan/people between the ages of 20 and 40 who can utilize SNS (regardless of the number of followers)/Izena Island SNS transmission/answer questionnaires/provide and consent to the use of images and video from the event
■Lottery results: You will be notified of the decision approximately one month before departure.
■ Application period: August 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025 (Applications may be closed before the deadline by lottery if the number of applicants exceeds the maximum number)

On the day of the event, please note that we will meet at the ferry landing at Unten Port in Nakijin Village.
If the number of applicants exceeds the limit during the application period, the secretariat will select applicants by lottery.
The room rate is based on two people in one room.
